Your Command Center

The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in — a high-level snapshot of your company’s operational status, with a greeting and “what’s happening today.”

Stat Cards

Four cards across the top summarize the company at a glance:

CardShows
Team MembersTotal people in the company, with a count of AI agents
Active CompaniesActive companies you can access (most useful in partner view)
Active TasksTotal tasks, flagging how many are still unscheduled
Hours ScheduledTotal scheduled hours for the current week

Today’s Schedule

The left card lists today’s time blocks — each with its time, task, color, and assigned person. AI agents are marked with a bot icon. If nothing is scheduled, you’ll see “No blocks scheduled for today.”

Recent Activity

The right card is a live feed of the latest changes across the company — who did what, to which entity, and when. Click “View All” to open the Archive page for the full history (see Using the Archive).

Impact Cascade Alert Banner

When there are open Impact Cascade Alerts — change-control fallout from publishing controlled documents — a banner appears below the main cards. It’s color-coded by severity (red when critical alerts are open) and clicking it takes you to the Alerts page in the sidebar’s Pings group.

What Different Users See

There is no separate “manager view” — what varies is your data and your navigation:

  • Members see the same dashboard layout, scoped to their company’s data
  • Company admins additionally see admin-only sidebar items (Schedule Templates, Agent Activity, Configurations, Roles)
  • Partner Admins can switch into the Partner Portal for a cross-company view
  • Platform Operators also get a Platform Admin link at the bottom of the sidebar

For the full sidebar structure, see Navigating the Dashboard in Getting Started.

Tip: The dashboard is your morning triage page — check the cascade banner first, then Today’s Schedule. If the banner is showing, a recently published Policy, SOP, Work Instruction, or Training document has downstream impact waiting for review.
