How Accounts Work

BFF does not offer self-registration. All users are invited by a Partner Admin or Company Admin. You’ll receive an email invitation with a link to set up your account.

Accepting Your Invitation

  1. Check your email for an invitation from Built for Friday
  2. Click the invitation link — this opens the account setup page
  3. Set your password — choose a strong, unique password
  4. Complete your profile — add your name and optional avatar
  5. You’re in! — you’ll be redirected to your dashboard

Logging In

  1. Navigate to mybff.io
  2. Enter your email address and password
  3. Click Sign In
  4. You’ll be taken to your dashboard

Forgot Password?

If you’ve forgotten your password:

  1. Click “Forgot password?” on the login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your inbox for a password reset link
  4. Follow the link to create a new password

Multiple Companies

If you’ve been invited to multiple companies, you can switch between them using the company selector in the sidebar. Your role and permissions may differ between companies.

Tip: If you don’t see an invitation email, check your spam folder. Contact your admin if you still can’t find it.
