Using the Calendar Effectively
Spotting Coverage Gaps
Look for days where team members have no scheduled blocks. These are potential coverage gaps that need attention.
Workload Distribution
Compare block density across team members. If one person has significantly more blocks than others, consider rebalancing.
Planning Ahead
Use the monthly view to plan for upcoming holidays, team events, or project deadlines by scheduling blocks in advance.
Tip: The monthly calendar combined with the Time Off view gives you complete visibility into team availability.
