What the Ledger Shows

While the Referral page shows your most recent commissions, the Commission Ledger is your complete, filterable history. Find it at PartnerCommissions in the sidebar.

Each row shows:

  • Date — when the commission was created
  • Company — the referred company whose invoice generated it
  • Plan — their plan tier
  • Billing Period — the subscription period the invoice covered
  • Amount — your commission in dollars
  • Status — Pending, Paid, or Failed
  • Paid — the payout date, once transferred

Period Totals

The cards at the top show Paid, Pending, and Failed totals (amount and count). When you set a date range, the totals recalculate for that period — so you can answer “what did I earn in Q1?” in two clicks.

Tip: The totals always reflect your date range but ignore the status filter, so the Paid/Pending/Failed split stays visible while you drill into one status.

Filtering

Combine filters to narrow the list:

  1. Status — show only Pending, Paid, or Failed commissions
  2. From / To dates — limit to a billing window
  3. Click Clear to reset everything

The list is paginated at 25 per page — use Prev/Next at the bottom of the table.

Exporting to CSV

Click Export CSV to download every commission matching your current filters (not just the visible page). The file includes date, company, plan, billing period, amount, currency, status, and paid date — ready for your accountant or spreadsheet.

Common Questions

Why is a commission Pending? The payout transfer hasn’t completed — usually because Stripe Connect onboarding isn’t finished. See The Partner Referral Program for payout setup.

Why don’t my totals match my bank deposits? Totals are commission amounts by creation date; transfers can land a day or two later. Filter by status Paid and compare the Paid dates against your Stripe payouts.
