The Billing Page

Company Admins manage everything billing-related from SettingsBilling. The page shows:

  • Your current plan and subscription status
  • Days remaining if you’re on a free trial
  • Your next renewal date
  • A plan comparison with upgrade options

Upgrading or Choosing a Plan

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Find the plan you want and click Upgrade
  3. You’ll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page
  4. Enter payment details and confirm

Your new plan is active as soon as checkout completes.

Note: BFF uses Stripe for all payment processing. BFF never stores your card details — they go directly to Stripe.

Updating Payment Methods and Viewing Invoices

Click Manage Billing on the Billing page to open the Stripe billing portal, where you can:

  • Update your credit card or payment method
  • Download past invoices and receipts
  • Review upcoming charges
  • Cancel your subscription

When a Payment Fails

If a renewal payment fails, your subscription shows Past Due. You’ll keep access while Stripe retries the charge, but you should update your payment method promptly:

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe portal
  3. Update your card under payment methods

Once a retry succeeds, your status returns to Active automatically.

Canceling

You can cancel from the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — your team keeps access until then.

Partner-Managed Companies

If a BFF partner manages your company, billing runs through your partner organization and the checkout/portal options may not apply to you. Reach out to your Partner Admin for plan or payment changes.

Important: Only Company Admins can access the Billing page. Team members won’t see these options.
