Branding & White Label
Company admins can customize the look of BFF for their whole team — logo, app name, and brand colors.
Navigate to Configurations in the sidebar (Settings group), then open the “Branding & White Label” card.
Logo
- Click “Upload logo” and pick an image — PNG, JPG, SVG, or WebP, up to 5MB
- The preview updates immediately, and the logo saves as soon as it uploads (no separate save step)
App Name
Set the name shown to your team in the sidebar and page titles. Leave it as “BFF” or replace it with your company or client-facing name.
Brand Colors
Two colors drive the app’s accent palette:
- Primary — buttons, highlights, and active states (default purple
#7C3AED) - Secondary — complementary accents (default blue
#0EA5E9)
Pick colors with the color swatch or type a hex value. When you change the app name or colors, a “Save changes” button appears in the page header — click it to apply.
Custom colors take effect across the entire dashboard for everyone in the company.
Who Sees Your Branding
Branding applies to your company workspace — everyone working in that company sees your logo, name, and colors. If you manage multiple companies as a partner, each company can be branded separately, which is especially useful for white-labeling client workspaces.
Tip: Check your primary color in both dark and light mode after saving — a color that pops on the dark theme can wash out on the light one.
