Personal Profile
Updating Your Profile
- Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner
- Select Preferences or Profile
- Update your information:
- Display name — How your name appears across the platform
- Avatar — Upload a profile photo
- Email — Your login email (may require verification to change)
- Click Save
Uploading an Avatar
- Go to your profile settings
- Click the avatar area or the upload button
- Select an image file (JPG, PNG, WebP)
- Crop if needed
- Save — your new avatar appears across the platform
Company Settings (Admin Only)
Company Admins can configure company-wide settings:
Company Profile
- Navigate to Settings in the sidebar
- Go to Company
- Update:
- Company name — Your organization’s display name
- Company logo — Appears in the sidebar and throughout the UI
- Timezone — Sets the default timezone for schedules
Branding
If your company is managed by a Partner using white-label:
- The partner’s branding may override default BFF branding
- Colors, logos, and styling may be customized
- This is managed by your Partner Admin
Note: Company settings changes affect all users in the company. Profile changes only affect your personal account.
